Watford have become the latest side to express an interest in Fenerbahce midfielder Josef De Souza.
A source close to Fenerbahce revealed to Turkish-Football that the Hornets have been keeping tabs on the Brazilian midfielder.
An enquiry was made regarding his availability and initial talks between club representatives have been held.
The Yellow Canaries want €16 million for De Souza but Watford want to negotiate a lower fee.
The 27-year-old has had no shortage of interest with West Brom also being closely linked.
The powerful midfielder recently spoke to the Turkish media regarding reports linking him with a move to West Brom.

“My agent told me that I haven’t received a formal offer from West Brom yet,” Souza told Turkish outlet CNN Turk when quizzed about a bid from West Brom:
“My agent is dealing with transfer business and if there’s a serious offer for me then we’ll look into it but they also have to speak with my club as well.”
The Birmingham based club did come close to signing De Souza over the summer transfer window, however, the deal broke down after the Brazilian failed to attain a work permit.
De Souza has two goals and two assists in 31 appearances for Fenerbahce in all competitions this season.
