Emre Can’s contract saga with Liverpool continued this week following a report by the Mirror which claimed that the 24-year-old is demanding a £200,000 per-week offer.
The Germany international has under three months remaining on his contract with the Reds and could end up leaving the club for free in the summer unless an extension is agreed.
Euro giants Juventus are among several clubs eyeing a move for the combative midfielder at the end of the season.
However, news of Emre Can’s contract demands have not gone down well with Liverpool fans. Many took to social media to voice their discontent regarding the report.
