Everton saw their two-game win streak come to an end after losing 3-1 against Manchester City at Goodison Park on Saturday.
The match also saw Cenk Tosun’s three game scoring streak come to an end.
The Turkey international had four goals in last three games heading into the City clash.
Tosun was however, left an isolated figure up front as many Everton fans pointed out afterward on social media.
The lack of service Tosun receives is becoming a recurring theme as is praising his work rate.
At least @CenkTosun_ is giving it a go. Got to admire his desire!

I don’t think Schneiderlin in particular understands what a tracking run is. He did nothing to convince me otherwise yesterday. And Tosun was stuck up front all alone with no service.

Cenk Tosun starting, imagine thinking he wasn’t gonna score the winner today though, I’m already on the ale

Can’t wait for pie head to set up with 9 in defence with Tosun by himself up top then say Tosun isn’t ready when he doesn’t get any service. Will be the most Everton thing ever.

Tosun didn’t get anything today, nothing. Hoof ball while up against Kompany. Allardyce has a chance to go two up top when taking DCL and he doesn’t bring Niasse on to help Tosun. Like for like subs don’t do anything

Despite him scoring 4 goals in about 6 full games with next to fuck all service, just seen one of our fans saying we should bin Tosun in the summer… And with that that’s enough twitter for me today, enjoy your Easter ?

Tosun no service, DCL ditto aside the ball for Bolasie.
We all know we’ve got issues everywhere but by god, if dont get that midfield sorted out I’ll be off the Ikea most weekends next season.
And this isnt about City being light years ahead of us…— General_Zod (@General_Zod_PE1) April 1, 2018
Love it!
Cenk Tosun had a dream, to play football for our team, he came from turkey to play football in the top flight, he scores with his left, he scores with his right, Cenk Tosun, our Turkish delight ??⚽️⚽️??

Dad of the year!
Just promised my youngest kid a second half Cenk Tosun hattrick, just to keep him watching. Am I a bad parent or the worst parent?

Crikey!
If he’s going to be an Everton fan, it’s best to teach him about irrational optimism and disappointment asap
