City have the chance to win the Premier League title on home ground at the Etihad.
Guardiola does however, have one eye on the Champions Leauge quarter-final return-leg.
The Citizens will more than likely win the league championship with ease regardless of whether they beat United or not on Saturday.
City will however, need to give a huge response in the second-leg tie against Liverpool if they hope to make the semi-finals.
Guardiola could welcome back three players heading into the clash.

Sergio Aguero has missed the last six games for club and country but is pushing for a return and could replace Gabriel Jesus.
Meanwhile John Stones is also available after missing last the Everton clash last weekend due to concussion.
Fabian Delph could also return after a lengthy spell out.
City will still be without long-term absentee Benjamin Mendy due to a knee injury.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Ilkay Gundogan is match fit but it remains to be seen whether Guardiola will pick him after a disappointing display against the Reds – although he was played out of position.
