Manchester City need to pull off something close to a miracle tonight in order to book their spot in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
The Citizens suffered a shock 3-0 defeat against Liverpool in the first leg and will need to score five goals if Jurgen Klopp’s side score tonight.
Fortunately for Pep Guardiola, he will be able to call upon star striker Sergio Aguero who missed the first leg due to an injury. The Argentina international came on off the bench during City’s defeat at the hands of Manchester United over the weekend.
Raheem Sterling who was left out of the starting eleven last week is expected to start today while Gabriel Jesus is set to drop back to the bench.
Belgium international Vincent Kompany is also a doubt after already playing two matches this week. Summer signing John Stones is set to take his place.
