Roma take on Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final first-leg tie in what will be their third game in six games.
The first leg of the semi-final will take place on Tuesday at Anfield.
The Giallorossi will have first-team stars including Cengiz Under, Edin Dzeko, De Rossi and Perotti.
All four players did not start in the 3-0 win over SPAL on Saturday in the Serie A.
Under and Perotti did come on late in the second-half as substitutes.

The Turkey international is match-fit after starting his first game in four games on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old scored the opening goal on his return to the starting line-up.
Under now has seven goals and two assists since becoming a first-team regular back in February.
Roma will also have Kostas Manolas available, the defender who scored the goal that knocked Barcelona out of the quarter-finals was an injury doubt.
The Greek international has made a full recovery. The centre-back missed the 2-1 win over Genoa on Wednesday but started against SPAL.
Pellegrini has started Roma’s last two games so will probably be rested against Liverpool.
Kevin Strootman did not start on Wednesday but did against SPAL so is likely to be match fit for the Reds clash.
Kolarov has missed the last two games with injury and faces a race against time to recover and regain full-match fitness.
The Seria international will make the trip to Liverpool as he is expected to join Di Francesco at his pre-match press conference.
