Serie A giants Inter Milan have been linked with a shock move for Manchester City star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan.
According to the Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport , Inter Milan will table a bid for Gundogan if they qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
The Nerazzurri take on their rivals Lazio on a last day of the season ‘play-off’. The Serie A giants know a victory will cement their place in next season’s premier European competition.

Corriere dello Sport state that Gundogan will top Inter’s summer transfer shortlist if they do win this weekend. Per the source, Gundogan’s future at Man City could be cast in doubt if the Citizens sign Napoli playmaker Jorginho.
However, Gundogan has established himself as a first-team regular in Pep Guardiola’s starting eleven this season. The Germany international has scored six goals in 48 appearances for Man City this season.
The 27-year-old scored against Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United in the Premier League this season.
