Dirk Kuyt will host his testimonial on Sunday 27 May in the Netherlands.
Three teams comprised of past and present players will take part in the football festival.
The teams will be made up of players Kuyt played with at Liverpool, Feyenoord and Fenerbahce.
The Fanatik newspaper claim that current Fenerbahce manager Aykut Kocaman will coach the Liverpool side.
The likes of Xabi Alonso, Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Robbie Fowler and Craig Bellamy are among some of the former Liverpool players that will be involved.
Kuyt’s former Fenerbahce teammates Pierre Webo, Raul Meireles and Cristian Baroni will also take part as will past and current Netherlands international players Van Persie, Roy Makaay, Ryan Babel, Wesley Sneijder, Rafael van der Vaart, Van der Saar, Cocu and Van Nistelrooy.

The mini-tournament will be held at the De Kuip stadium, only 9000 tickets remain on sale.
Kuyt enjoyed a successful spell at Fenerbahce after leaving Liverpool, lifting the 2013-14 Super Lig title, the 2013 Turkish Cup and 2014 Turkish Super Cup.
The 37-year-old spent six-years at Liverpool establishing himself as a fan favorite and lifted the 2012 League Cup.
