Per the source, Talisca will not be joining United, instead one of Liverpool, Arsenal, Wolves or Tottenham will clinch the deal.
Liverpool have been closely linked with the Brazilian throughout the season as have Wolves but interest from Arsenal and Tottenham is new.
Talisca is keen on a move to the Premier League and the report does state that he’ll end up in England.
The 24-year-old scored 20 goals and provided eights assists for Besiktas this season helping the Istanbul giants cruise through the Champions League group stage as leaders.
Talisca also played a role in the Black Eagles lifting the league title last season.
Despite the Super Lig outfits attempts to keep him on their books, Talisca delivered what appears to be a farewell message on his Instagram account.
