Arsenal star Jack Wilshere has been closely linked with an Emirates exit.

The fact of the matter is unless Wilshere signs a new contract deal he will be a free agent next month.

Turkish-Football reported that Galatasaray have made an enquiry and held preliminary talks with his representatives.

The Lions are keen on bolstering their midfield ahead of next seasons Champions League campaign.

The Istanbul giants would be able to offer lucrative terms for the 26-year-old who would likely join as a first-team player.

Galatasaray are not alone as Roma have also been linked with Wilshere according to La Repubblica.

There are reports that the England midfielder could remain at Arsenal but his latest Instagram upload has caused a stir.

There are also rumours that he deleted Arsenal from his Instagram and Twitter bio.

It does not currently write Arsenal on either bio.

The latest social media activity comes in the light of recently appointed manager Unai Emery refusing to comment on Wilshere’s future.

“I want today to speak the team globally,” Emery said when pressed on Wilshere. “I don’t want to speak individually of players because all the meetings with Ivan [Gazidis], Raul [Sanllehi], Sven [Mislintat], this team is big.”

Perhaps we are reading too much into his cryptic social media messages, we will find out by 30 June as he will either extend his deal or end up a free agent.
