Arsenal have been closely linked with a move for Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu.
The Turkey international has confirmed interest from the Gunners and revealed talks are scheduled for after the international break.
Soyuncu said: “One of the biggest clubs in England, Arsenal are interested but it is not a done deal yet.
“I am going to play the international games first and then we will make a decision, I will hold further talks afterwards.”
Turkish-Football reported that there were Arsenal club officials present at Turkey’s international clash against Iran which saw Soyuncu play the full 90 minutes.
The North London based outfit are expected to monitor his next game against Tunisia as well.
The 22-year-old is likely to start again in a left centre-back position.

Soyuncu has travelled with the squad to Switzerland where the game will be played.
The young defender shared a photograph alongside Everton striker Cenk Tosun on his official Twitter page.

Turkey will take on Russia in the final of their three international friendly games.
Soyuncu will hold talks over his future after the Russia clash.
Freiburg value their star man as being worth £35 million and he is under contract with the Bundesliga outfit until 2021.
