Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is understood to be on the verge of a move away from the Merseyside based club.
The 24-year-old has been closely linked with a move to Juventus in recent weeks. Sky Italia have revealed that the Serie A champions are confident of completing the signing of Can by the end of the week.
Per the source, Can agreed a pre-contract with Juve during the January transfer window. Sky Italia goes on to state that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been trying to convince Can to stay and extend his contract.

Can made a speedy recovery from a back injury in time for the UEFA Champions League final. The former Bayer Leverkusen man wasn’t included in Klopp’s starting eleven for the final but did come off the bench in the closing minutes of the game.
He has however been omitted from Joachim Low’s Germany squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
