Besiktas are interested in Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen according to Sky Sports.
Per the source, the Black Eagles want the Netherlands international on loan.
Klaassen signed by Ronald Koeman, who was sacked in October with Everton in the relegation zone.
The 25-year-old struggled for playing time under Koeman’s successor, Sam Allardyce.
Klaassen made just seven Premier League appearances last season.
Turkish-Football spoke to sources at Besiktas who revealed the club have had a long-term interest in the midfielder.

The Black Eagles are planning changes to their ageing midfield over the summer and Klaassen is on the shortlist.
Due to financial constraints, the Istanbul giants are keen on a loan deal with a buyout option.
Besiktas hope ties built with Everton over the Cenk Tosun deal will help a smooth transfer process.
The deal will depend on Klaassen and whether newly appointed manager Marco Silva has plans for him.
The Toffees midfielder did state he wants to stay at Everton earlier this week despite his lack of playing time this season.
“My overall experience at Everton has been good. The club is excellent and the people are very nice,” Klaassen told the Liverpool Echo.
“It is an ambitious club and I 100 per cent enjoy being here. I feel at home and am determined to play more for the team.”
It is also worth pointing out that Klaassen turned down a loan move to Napoli in January.
