Chelsea youngster targeted by Euro Giants following impressive season with 11 assists

Fenerbahce have begun preparations for the upcoming season following the election of Ali Koc.

The newly elected president swiftly appointed Damien Comolli as Fenerbahce’s director of football and have switched his attention to strengthening the Yellow Canaries’ squad.

A source close to Fenerbahce has revealed to Turkish-Football.com that the Istanbul giants are interested in signing Chelsea youngster Danilo Pantic.

The Serbia U21 international joined Chelsea from Partizan Belgrade back in 2015 but is yet to make a single senior appearance for the Blues.

Pantic has spent the last three years out on loan at Vitesse, Excelsior and Partizan.

Per the source, Fenerbahce are planning major changes to their squad this summer and want to bring down the average age.

Pantic was in impressive form for Partizan this season during his loan spell. The 21-year-old provided 11 assists and scored five goals in 46 appearances for the Serbian side.

Chelsea may be more willing to sell Pantic this summer seeing that he has just 12 months remaining on his contract with the Blues.
