Trabzonspor midfielder Okay Yokuslu has agreed terms with La Liga outfit Celta Vigo.
The players representatives at Footalent revealed to Turkish-Football that there is a deal in place.
Yokuslu will complete his move to Celta Vigo once the paperwork is processed.
The Spanish side will pay €6 million for the transfer.
A source close to Trabzonspor recently revealed to Turkish-Football that Everton are one of several clubs interested in the defensive midfielder.

Scouts from Premier League and La Liga sides kept tabs on Yokuslu during the recent Russia v Turkey friendly which ended 1-1 in Moscow.
The 1.90m tall midfielder started in all three friendly games over the international break, against Iran, Tunisia and Russia.
The 24-year-old was one of the best performing players in the league over the 2017-18 campaign.
The Turkey international scored two goals and provided three assists in 33 games for Trabzonspor this season.
Yokuslu was statistically the fifth best player in the league according to Whoscored.
