Arsenal are set to complete the transfer of Bernd Leno on a £20 million move from Bayer Leverkusen according to the Daily Mail.
Per the source, the move is set to go through on Tuesday and will see the goalkeeper agree to a five-year contract deal.
Leno will leave Bayer Leverkusen after seven seasons at the club, during which time he missed just five games.
The transfer will come as a boost to Fenerbahce who want David Ospina.
The Colombian international has been offered to Fenerbahce through third-party agents with a mandate to operate in Turkey on the player’s behalf.
Ospina was offered to Besiktas last summer but the deal did not go through after former Gunners boss Arsene Wenger vetoed an Emirates exit.
Unai Emery is open to Ospina parting ways over the summer, the keeper has just 12 months remaining on his contract.
The 29-year-old wants a first-team role but is likely to fall further down the pecking order should Leno complete his move as he is already behind Petr Cech.
There are also rumors that Cech could be leaving but Ospina would still not be first-choice should the Czech keeper part ways.
Ospina is expected to make a decision after the World Cup.
The keeper was in goal for Colombia’s 2-1 defeat against Japan in the opening Group H game.
