Watford were reported to be making a move for Fenerbahce star midfielder Josef de Souza according to reports in Turkey.
Fotoman claimed that the Premier League outfit are set to make a €9 million offer and that talks were set to be held at the end of the week.
The report stated the Istanbul based outfit as giving the green light to push ahead with a move.
Josef has however, denied being in talks with Watford or any other Premier League side and underlined that he wants to stay on at Fenerbahce.

“Reports that I am in talks with Watford and Premier League sides are false,” he said.
“Neither me nor my agent are in talks and I want to make it clear that I plan to stay at Fenerbahce.”
Despite De Souza’s recent comments, it must be said that Fenerbahce are planning a squad overhaul after Ali Koc was elected club president.
It remains to be seen whether recently appointed sporting director Damien Comolli has plans for the 27-year-old next season.
Souza has judy 12 months remaining on his contract but has yet to be offered a new deal.
Fenerbahce finished the 2017-18 season as runners-up and will have to navigate pass the Champions League play-off round if they hope to make the group stage.
The Brazilian provided two assists and netted four times in 41 appearances for the Yellow Canaries in all competitions.
Fenerbahce signed Souza on a £7.2m move from Sao Paulo in 2015.
