Galatasaray are intensifying their efforts to sign Leicester City star striker Ahmed Musa this summer.
According to the Turkish outlet Futbol Arena, Galatasaray officials are already in talks with Leicester City and want to sign the Nigeria international on a season-long loan.
However, the two sides are yet to agree upon a loan fee for the star striker.
Daily Turkish newspaper Fanatik state that Galatasaray has tabled a €1 million offer to loan Ahmed Musa and are prepared to cover €2.5 million of the striker’s wages.
However, Leicester City wants the player’s wages covered entirely.
Per the source, Galatasaray are trying to finalise the transfer by the end of the week and do not want to wait until the end of the World Cup.
The 25-year-old striker joined Leicester for £16 million back in 2016. Musa spent last season on loan at CSKA Moscow where he netted eight goals in 22 games for the Russian giants.
