Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen has been closely linked with a move to Turkish giants Besiktas.
Klaassen joined the Toffees on a £23.6m [BBC] last summer but struggled for playing time.
Besiktas reportedly want the 25-year-old on a deal that could make Everton £14m [€16m] over the course of two seasons according to Fotomac.
Per the source, the Black Eagles have offered Everton a two-year loan deal which would include a €4m fee per-season.
The Black Eagles also want an €8m release clause which would could make Everton a grand total of €16m – should they use their option if the move were to go ahead.
