Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been invited to Istanbul for talks with Fenerbahce, sources close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football.
The Yellow Canaries are keen on snapping Wilshere up on a free transfer and are willing to offer a long-term deal and an increase on his current wage packet.
The 26-year-old will be a free agent at the end of the month and has confirmed he will be leaving Arsenal after 17 years at the club.
Fenerbahce plan to hold formal talks, take Wilshere on a tour of the grounds and explain the long-term vision of the club under recently elected club president Ali Koc.
Former Arsenal scout Damien Comolli is currently the sporting director of Fenerbahce and keen on using his ties with the club to push through a move.
Wilshere would become the second Arsenal player from the 2009 Youth Fa Cup winning side to move to Turkey if he were to join Fenerbahce.

Besiktas star Oguzhan Ozyakup was part of the same side but left for Turkey five-years ago where he was gone onto win two league titles.
Wilshere has had no shortage of interest and has been closely linked with rival Premier League clubs.
The Sun have reported West Ham making an offer but claim they are only willing to offer a one-year deal.
Everton are also reported to be interested and among the bookmakers favorites to land a deal.
Juventus meanwhile became the latest side to be linked with a move but Goal say that there is no truth to the rumours.
