Turkish outlet Fanatik recently reported that an unnamed Chinese club tabled a €7 million offer for the 21-year-old last month.
Meanwhile, daily Turkish newspaper Milliyet has reported that Fenerbahce officials are currently in Scotland holding talks with Rangers.
Per the source, Fenerbahce’s newly appointed director of football Damien Comolli is leading negotiations. The report goes onto state that the Yellow Canaries want to wrap up the transfer in the coming days.

Morelos would be a huge loss to Rangers if he were to leave this summer. The Colombia U20 international was Rangers’s top goalscorer last season with 18 goals in all competitions.
