Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford produced a stunning save to help England secure a quarter-final spot after beating Colombia in a penalty shootout on Tuesday.
The victory was their first in a shootout at the World Cup.
Pickford’s Everton teammate Cenk Tosun was full of praise after the game and gave his backing to the ‘Three Lions’ on Twitter.

Tosun has been a bit of an ambassador for Everton since joining in January.
The Toffees have an ever growing following among Turkish fans ever since the transfer from Besiktas.
Perhaps the striker will get them supporting England at the World Cup as well. I don’t see why not considering Turkey are not in the tournament.
