West Ham have joined Liverpool in making a €22m move for Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida according to the Sabah newspaper.
Per the source, Liverpool, West Ham, Everton, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla have all requested transfer talks with the Black Eagles over Vida.
All five clubs are waiting for a response from the Istanbul based outfit.
Everton are reportedly willing to offer as high as €17 million for the Croatia international.
Besiktas meanwhile have set a €30m valuation.
The Super Lig outfit are willing to wait for further offers to be made before entering formal talks.
The latest reports contrast with the Milliyet newspaper who reported yesterday that Besiktas want €25m for Vida.
Compare that with Fanatik who reported on 14 July that the Istanbul giants actually want €35m.
Depending on which newspaper you read a price of between €25 to €35m valuation has been set.
Turkish-Football asked Besiktas what they value Vida as being worth. The club confirmed there are offers and they are considering his exit but would not give a definitive valuation.
Considering the club signed the 29-year-old on a free transfer from Dynamo Kiev in January they stand to make a healthy profit is he is sold.
Vida impressed in the 2018 World Cup, starting every game for the Croatia side that reached the final.
