Besiktas are planning to sign Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina if Fulham complete the transfer of Fabri.
Club president Fikret Orman confirmed offers for the Spanish keeper today.
“There are offers for Fabri, he is training now but I don’t know where he will end up,” Orman said speaking from the Austria camp.
Besiktas manager Senol Gunes meanwhile hinted that Fabri could be on the move this summer.
“If Fabri leaves we are going to have to sign someone else with the money,” Orman said also speaking at the Austria camp.
“But if we receive a good offer and he wants to leave well there is nothing I can do.
“Every player has a price.”
Sources close to Besiktas have revealed to Turkish-Football that Fulham are among a number of clubs that have made an offer.
The Cottagers are favorites but an agreement has yet to be reached.
The Super Lig outfit have already been offered Ospina through agents operating with a mandate in Turkey.
The Colombian international has indicated he is happy to join Besiktas as first-team keeper over the summer.

The Istanbul based outfit feel they would be able to sign Ospina swiftly should Fabri end up leaving.
Colombian journalist Esteban Jaramillo, who Ospina follows on Twitter, tweeted yesterday that the 29-year-old has given his word to Besiktas pending his official signature.
Ospina reportedly has opted for the Turkish giants over Napoli and Sevilla.
. @D_Ospina1 ya le dio la palabra al @Besiktas está pendiente de la firma. Es el club que más lo seduce por encima del @SevillaFC y el @sscnapoli . Hasta ahora su destino es el equipo turco.

The Colombian international has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal following the signing of Bernd Leno.
Ospina has just 12 months remaining on his contract and is expected to leave over the summer transfer window.
