Crystal Palace defender completes summer move to Turkish club

Crystal Palace centre-back Jaroslaw Jach has completed his loan move to the newly promoted Turkish Super Lig side Caykur Rizespor.

We recently reported that talks between the two clubs were ongoing.

Rizespor have now announced that they have signed Jach on a season-long loan. It is unclear whether the Turkish club have agreed an option to buy the Polish defender next summer.

The 24-year-old defender only joined Palace back in January however, Jach has failed to break into Roy Hodgson’s starting eleven.

Jach still has three-years remaining on his contract with the Eagles and has two Poland national team caps to his name.

The Poland international only made the Palace bench once during their 3-2 defeat to Manchester United last season.

Jach did travel with the rest of the 26-man Crystal Palace squad to Scandinavia as part of their pre-season tour.

The former Zagłebie Lubin player will join Armand Traore at Rizespor. Traore also joined the Turkish club on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forrest.
