Football agent Ugur Avadan has confirmed Liverpool and Everton have made offers for Domagoj Vida.
Avadan was responsible for Besiktas completing the signing of Vida on a free transfer from Dynamo Kiev in January.
Speaking on Radyospor, Avadan said: “It is normal for there to be interest what is important is that the offers satisfy Besiktas and then Vida.
“Liverpool and Everton are huge clubs that have made offers.
“Barcelona scouted Vida and had him on their shortlist but I do not see a move there happening.
“Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are also interested from Spain.”
The latest report comes amid sections of the Turkish media claiming the Reds are closing in on a deal.
In fact, A Spor went as far to claim today Liverpool have a deal in principle in place with Vida.
The Croatia international is set to join on a two-year deal with the option to extend by an additional season if they reach an agreement with Besiktas.
