£13m West Brom star on verge of move to Turkish giants

Besiktas are closing in on West Brom star midfielder Nacer Chadli according to the latest reports from Turkey.

The Belgium international has been linked with a move away from the Baggies after they were relegated from the Premier League.

Chadli made the move to West Brom from Tottenham, for £13 million back in 2016.

According to the Turkish outlet Milliyet, West Brom have accepted Besiktas’ loan bid for the 28-year-old.

Per the source, the Istanbul giants are on the verge of signing Chadli.

Besiktas boss Senol Gunes is keen on signing the Belgium international this summer. The experienced tactician was impressed by Chadli’s versatility at the World Cup.

Chadli struggled with injuries during the 2017/18 season and only managed to make five Premier League appearances last term.

The 28-year-old has two years remaining on his contract with the Baggies.

West Brom take on Bolton in their opening game of the 2018/19 season while Besiktas take on Akhisar Belediyespor.
