Leeds United have suffered a major blow in their pursuit of Man City defender Jason Denayer.
The Belgium international has been closely linked with a summer exit despite traveling with the rest of the Man City squad on their pre-season tour of the USA.
According to the daily Turkish newspaper Aksam, Denayer has rejected Leeds United’s contract offer.
Per the source, Denayer is intent on returning to Galatasaray this summer.
We recently reported that Leeds tabled a £8 million offer for the versatile defender.
The news comes as a massive boost to Galatasaray who are keen on signing Denayer on another season-long.
