Newly promoted Premier League side Cardiff City have set their sights on Besiktas forward Alvaro Negredo.
The Spain international joined the Besiktas for £2 million last summer from La Liga giants Valencia.
Besiktas may decide to cash in on the powerful striker after he entered the final 12 months of his contract.
The Turkish outlet HaberTurk states that Cardiff have tabled a £3 million bid for Negredo this summer.
The Spain international is no stranger to the Premier League after playing for Man City back in 2013.
Per the source, Besiktas are likely to accept the bid due to his wages.
However, should Negredo leave this summer, Besiktas will be left with just two strikers in their squad, Vagner Love and Cyle Larin.
Negrego made 68 appearances in the Premier League and scored 18 goals.
