Everton are one of four sides that have been linked with a late move for Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck according to the Telegraph.
Per the source, Fulham, Newcastle United and Besiktas are also interested.
I think it is safe to rule the Magpies out of the race after BBC Newcastle made it clear there is no interest.

Welbeck has been put up for sale this summer as Arsenal look to move out players who have no future at the club.
The England international played just 11 minutes at the World Cup this season and does not feature in head coach Unai Emery’s plans.

The striker has just 12 months remaining on his contract and the Gunners want to cash in before he becomes a free agent.
Welbeck would join Turkish international Cenk Tosun at Goodison Park if he were to join the Toffees.
Besiktas are in the hunt for a striker this summer but unlike Everton and Fulham they have until the end of the month to conclude their business as the Super Lig window shuts on August 31.
