Fenerbahce are set to ramp up their efforts to sign Liverpool defender Ragnar Klaven this week.
A source close to Fenerbahce has revealed to Turkish-Football that Fenerbahce director of football Damien Comolli will fly to England this week with the view of signing a defender.
Ragnar Klavan is among three defenders Comolli will hold talks with this week.
Per the source, Fenerbahce manager Philippe Cocu has asked club officials to sign a defender before the transfer window comes to a close.
Meanwhile, Turkish outlet Fanatik have stated that Fenerbahce are also interested in Man United defender Marcos Rojo and Stoke City’s Martins Indi.

Klaven has been closely linked with a move away form Liverpool this summer after falling behind Joel Matip, Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren and Virgil van Dijk in the pecking order at Anfield.
The Estonia international was not included in the Liverpool match-day squad which defeated West Ham by a 4-0 scoreline.
