Fenerbahce have made Liverpool defender Ragnar Klavan a transfer priority according to the Fanatik newspaper.
Per the source, the Yellow Canaries want to strengthen their defence after Benfica exposed their vulnerabilities in the Champions League Third Round tie.
Fenerbahce crashed out of the competition but booked a place in the Europa League group stage in the process.
Club sporting director Damien Comolli is reported to be in talks with Liverpool over a loan move for Klavan.
The Reds meanwhile have reportedly given the 32-year-old the green light to leave over the summer after being deemed surplus to requirements.
Klavan has just 12 months remaining on his contract but the report claims that the Super Lig giants want to loan him.
The Estonia international would be a free transfer next summer if he were to leave on a temporary move.
Fenerbahce would be prepared to pay his wages but Liverpool would miss out on the chance to sell the player for a lump sum.
The Echo report that the 32-year-old could leave Anfield before the end of the month as he wants regular game time.
The Reds did however, snub an approach from Newcastle United before the transfer deadline window as Jurgen Klopp felt he was short of defensive cover.
Now that Joel Matip is back training and following news that Dejan Lovren will not be sidelined as long as initially expected, Klopp is open to Klavan leaving.
