Despite signing for the Magpies in two-years ago, Saivet has made just five league appearances and has been sent out on loan twice.
Bursaspor boss Samet Aybaba is no stranger to Saivet having coached the 27-year-old during his time in charge of Sivasspor last season.
The Newcastle outcast spent the second half of last season at Sivasspor.
