Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius is set to travel to Istanbul for his Besiktas medical tomorrow according to journalist David Maddock.
The Black Eagles will pay £9.5m for a permanent deal following a two-year loan if Karius plays more than 50 percent of games and if the club qualifies for Europe.

Considering Loris will be joining as a first-choice keeper replacing the Tolga Zengin who has fallen out of favor with the board it would be a huge surprise if the German keeper does not play more than 50 percent of games.
Sources close to Besiktas revealed to Turkish-Football that they reached a deal last weekend but have yet to make a formal announcement due to the four-day Eid holiday which started on Monday – which is also a public holiday.
The Black Eagles will be able to process the paperwork and release a statement on the Istanbul Stock Exchange from tomorrow onwards.
The delay was not due to a disagreement or a last-minute problem. The club are confident that the transfer will go ahead as planned.
The Super Lig transfer window will shut on 1 September.
