Besiktas have turned their attention towards bringing in a new striker after signing Loris Karius in goal.
The Black Eagles suffered a defeat at the weekend, placing pressure on the club to bolster their attacking options.
According to the Turkish outlet Fotomac, Besiktas want to sign out-of-favour Liverpool forward Divock Origi.
Per the source, Besiktas are hoping to use the strong relationships formed with the Merseyside based club during their signing of Karius, in their bid to sign the Belgium international striker.
The report goes onto state that the Black Eagles are looking to sign Origi on a season-long loan deal.
Besiktas have until September 1 to make the transfer happen.
Origi spent last season out on loan with Wolfsburg and is yet to feature for Jurgen Klopp’s side this term.
