£19m summer signing Caglar Soyuncu played his first game for the Leicester U23 side on Monday. The Turkey international played the full 90 minutes and could be included in Puel’s 18-man matchday squad this weekend.
Soyuncu received his work-permit from the UK home office earlier this month and has recovered from a thigh injury.
Meanwhile, star striker Jamie Vardy will be unavailable for selection this weekend after picking up a red card. Matthew James is also ruled out with a calf injury.
