Everton forward Cenk Tosun has yet to score under the stewardship of Marco Silva but he has explained why he is enjoying playing under a younger and hungrier coach.
Tosun has not got off the mark yet but he has established himself as a fav favorite with his hard-working style.
The 27-year-old does have two assists to his name and has contributed to his sides attacking efforts.
The Turkey international also feels that the Toffees are playing better football this term under Silva.
“The club have made good transfers,” the Everton striker told Yenisafak.
“They are good transfers, they’re adapting. Our manager changed, there is a younger, hungry coach. He plays an offensive game. Of course, this is my business. This year we play football a little better.”
The striker has formed an impressive partnership spearheading the attack ahead of Gylfi Sigurdsson, Theo Walcott and Richarlison.
Tosun has started every game this season and is likely to get the nod following the international break against West Ham at Goodison Park should he return without any injury problems.
The striker has a total of five goals in 14 appearances for the Merseyside based outfit since joining Everton from Besiktas in January.
