Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu has yet to make his official debut for club but started both UEFA Nations League games over the international break.
Soyuncu started in Turkey’s dramatic 3-2 victory over Sweden which saw them come from behind to win the game in the last minutes.
Turkey were losing 2-1 on 87 minutes until Emre Akbaba equalised. The same player went onto score the winner just minutes later.
Soyuncu reacted to the result with a photograph shared on Instagram alongside Everton striker Cenk Tosun and AC Milan playmaker Hakan Calhanoglu alongside the caption: “Never give up to the very end.”
