Besiktas take on Malatyaspor at the Vodafone Park Stadium hoping to close the gap with league leaders Galatasaray to just two points.
Liverpool loanee Loris Karius is set to make his home debut for the Black Eagles.
Karius made his debut in the 1-1 away draw against Bursaspor before the international break.
The 25-year-old keeper has since been involved in a friendly against Altinordu which the Black Eagles won 2-1.
The German shot-stopper was praised for his display making several important saves.
Besiktas have a full-strength squad available.
Pepe and Domagoj Vida are likely to start as the centre-back pairing with Adriano and Caner Erkin as full-backs.
Medel and Ozyakup will start in central midfield with Adam Ljajic in a No 10 role and Ricardo Quaresma and Ryan Babel out wide. Alvaro Negreo is likely to get the nod upfront ahead of Cyle Larin.
Ljajic will also make his home debut if he starts tonight against the newly promoted Malatyaspor.
