Tosun did not score over the international break but did provide an assist in the shock comeback against Sweden which saw Turkey turn around a two goal deficit to win the game 3-2.
The 27-year-old has yet to score for the Toffees this season but does have two assists to his name.
Everton will be without Seamus Coleman due to a foot injury, Richarlison will serve the final match of his suspension while Phil Jagielka, Andre Gomes and Michael Keane are all sidelined.
West Ham will be without Jack Wilshere who has an ankle injury and Javier Hernandez who has picked up a virus.
