Leicester City summing signing Caglar Soyuncu could make his debut for the Foxes this weekend.
The 22-year-old joined from Frieberg in a deal worth £19 million but was carrying a thigh injury when he joined.
Soyuncu has subsequently recovered and played both UEFA Nations League games for Turkey over the international break. The powerful defender also played the full 90 minutes for Leicester City’s U23 side.
Leicester City boss Claude Puel also spoke about Soyuncu during the pre-game press conference.
The French tactician declared that Soyuncu is “fit and ready” to make his Leicester City debut.
“He is available,” Puel told reporters in his pre-match press conference.
“He comes into the competition between players. Most important thing is to have a strong squad.
“Of course it is difficult for me to make a choice but I prefer this problem. We will see when he can start with the team. He is fit and ready.”

Soyuncu is however expected to face tough competition for a starting place. Puel can choose between Soyuncu, Harry Maguire, Wes Morgan and Jonny Evans for two starting centre-back spots.
Leicester City take on Bournemouth in the Premier League later on today. The clash takes place at the Dean Court stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 (GMT).
