Galatasaray kick-off their Champions League campaign against Russian outfit Lokomotiv Moscow at the Turk Telekom Stadium.
The Lions are coming off the back of a 4-1 victory over Kasimpasa.
Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru is set to make his debut for the Istanbul giants in the competition.
The Nigeria international has two goals to his name in the league this season.
The 21-year-old will be featuring in the tournament for the second time in successive seasons.
Onyekuru first starred in the Champions League for Anderlecht last term.
The Everton man is likely to start out wide on the wing but will be competing for a spot with Rodriguez and Emre Akbaba.
With Bafetimbi Gomis gone Eren Derdiyok is expected to start upfront but Sinan Gumus or Onyekuru could also get the nod as striker.
Stoke City loanee Badou Ndiaye is likely to start in central midfield alongside Fernando.
The defence will almost certainly be comprised of Serdar Aziz and Maicon as centre-backs with Mariano and Nagatomo as full-backs and Fernando Muslera in goal.
