Crystal Palace ace linked with January move to Champions League club

Galatasaray have set their sights on Crystal Palace defender Jairo Riedewald according to the latest reports from Turkey.

The Istanbul Giants have been on the hunt for a new centre-back after failing to sign a replacement for Jason Denayer over the summer.

According to the Turkish outlet Fotomac, Galatasaray are preparing a move for Palace’s versatile defender Riedewald. Per the source, the Dutch defender is being viewed as an alternative for Chelsea’s Gary Cahill.

Riedewald could be available in January after falling out of favour with manager Roy Hodgson. The 22-year-old is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the Eagles this season.
