Manchester City have the chance to move into pole position in the Premier League if they can defeat Brighton at home.
The clash takes place at the Etihad stadium today while kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 (GMT).
Pep Guardiola’s side comes into the game following three victories in a row. Brighton meanwhile are without a win in their last four games, however, their last victory came against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Seagulls had the poorest away record of any Premier League side last season with 12 defeats.
Star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan was the star of the show during Man City’s win over Cardiff City last weekend. The 27-year-old is expected to retain his place in Guardiola’s starting eleven.
Guardiola is unable to call upon Benjamin Mendy and Kevin De Bruyne due to injuries.
