Everton’s £26 million January signing Cenk Tosun could be on his way back to the Turkish Super Lig, according to the latest reports from Turkey.
The 27-year-old has failed to cement himself as a first-team regular at Everton since his big-money move earlier this year. Tosun has struggled for form this season and has scored just one goal so far.
Toffees boss Marco Silva has dropped Tosun from his starting eleven in recent weeks. The Turkey international came on in the second half during Everton’s 2-1 over Leicester City on Saturday.
According to the Turkish outlet MyNet, Besiktas are in talks with Everton over signing Tosun on loan in January.
Per the source, Tosun is also keen on a move back to his former club following a disappointing spell in the Premier League.
