Liverpool ‘out cast’ willing to swap lives with Fulham defender – Fenerbahce were in talks with player this summer

Liverpool outcast Simon Mignolet reportedly is unhappy with life at the Merseyside based club wants to swap lives with Fulham defender Denis Odoi.

Mignolet was closely linked with a move to both Fenerbahce and Besiktas over the summer transfer window.

However, Mignolet ended up staying at Liverpool as Loris Karius was allowed to join Besiktas on a two-year loan deal.

Mignolet went on to voice his discontent at Liverpool’s decision to part company with Karius while forcing the Belgium international to stay.

Fulham defender Denis Odoi spoke with the Belgium outlet DH and stated that Mignolet is unhappy with life at Liverpool.

“It’s not the same in Manchester or Liverpool than in London. I can often walk around with Moussa without being stopped. Mignolet has to put a hat on to go to town. He told me he’d like to swap his life for mine,” Odoi told DH.

Fenerbahce could make a fresh attempt at signing Mignolet in January after a shaky start from new signing Harun Tekin. According to Futbol Arena. Fenerbahce director of football Damien Comolli was in talks with Liverpool for Mignolet over the summer.
