Everton striker attracts attention from Premier League club – Galatasaray plotting January bid

Oumar Niasse Crystal Palace transfer news

Galatasaray are set to expect competition in the race to sign Everton striker Oumar Niasse.

The Lions were linked with a move for the Senegal international over the summer but were unable to strike a deal with the Toffees. Everton was unwilling to allow Niasse to leave on loan.

According to the daily Turkish newspaper Fanatik, Galatasaray has maintained their interest in Niasse and are preparing to table a fresh loan-offer for the 28-year-old.

However, they are expecting to face competition from several unnamed Premier League clubs.

Unfortunately for Galatasaray, they are unable to table a transfer offer due to UEFA Financial Fair Play restrictions.

Niasse is no stranger to Turkish Super Lig football after spending two seasons with Akhisar.
