Turkish-Football recently reported that Arsenal are keeping close tabs on Under and the City have a long-term interest ever since losing out to Roma in the race for the rising star.

City had all buy agreed a deal to sign Under before Roma swooped in with an increased bid and the prospect of first-team football.
