Loris Karius has become something of a fan favorite in Istanbul among Besiktas fans and in particular female supporters of the Black Eagles.

Karius appears to have taken a liking to the well-to-do Nisantasi area of the city.

The Besiktas loanee got a bit of a surprise on his latest visit to the district when he was flooded by a group of fans wanting selfies.

Now anyone who follows Karius on social media knows he is partial to a good selfie and he did not let his fans down.

The keeper is starting to become a favorite of the Turkish magazine columns as well as football fans.

It does seem like he has settled in well to life in Turkey and has started every game since making the move.

The 25-year-old is expected to start in goal for Besiktas when they take on Goztepe away from in the Super Lig over the weekend.
