Altinordu are continuing to stir the pot as far as the future of Roma star Cengiz Under is concerned.
Club president Mehmet Ozkan recently commented on Bayern being linked with a move for Under.
Altinordu manager Huseyin Eroglu followed suit and revealed that he would not be surprised if his former student ended up at the German giants.
“They said he couldn’t play in Italy but we all say how that prediction played out,” he said.
“Yes he has what it takes to play at Bayern, he could even play in outer space.
“It does not surprise me how far Cengiz has come and I think he has a lot more to offer.
“I would not be surprised if he moves to Bayern.
“He could replace Robben.”
Under has been linked with Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Tottenham over recent weeks
Turkish-Football have reported that Arsenal and City have been scouting Under since last season.
Under’s representatives have informed us that the Gunners have expressed an interest but that their current priority is sorting out an improved wage packet.
The Turkey international is happy at Roma and a January exit is off the cards.
A summer move is meanwhile a possibility depending on offers made. The Giallorossi do not intend to sell Under but as was the case with Alisson Becker, every player has a price.
The rising star has four goals and two assists for Roma in all competitions this season.
